We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or within 30 days for a store credit (excluding all SALE items), provided the item is:

Once your account is set up, please email us at info@mallalieu.com.au with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

If your order was placed using our Try Before You Buy service, separate terms apply.

Many of our clients choose store credit as it offers a little more flexibility in finding the right piece.

Returns outside the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion and will be issued as store credit only.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty

Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

We take great care in selecting and preparing each piece.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Where required, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
