Taking your own measurements
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, catching the shoulder blades, keeping the tape level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point, just above the belly button, tape held level.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
