If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the returns process simple and supportive.

We want you to love what you’ve purchased.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, a small styling adjustment can often make all the difference. As professional stylists, we’re happy to offer guidance on fit, proportion, or how to wear your piece with what you already own — just reach out before returning.

We don’t just sell clothes — real, practical styling support is part of the Mallalieu experience.

SUBMITTING A RETURN

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase - all items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. It is at the discretion of our team members whether they believe a garment to be 'new condition'.

If your purchase falls outside of our terms, please don't hesitate to contact us - where we can, we will cater to an exchange. Please do understand however, that our policy of 30 days refunds applies as default.
