We offer returns or exchanges on all items except socks and jewellery. Items must be returned with original receipt to Mallalieu within 7 days of purchase and must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
Online orders – If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via email info@mallalieu.com.au to arrange.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we are so sorry! Please contact us and we will arrange an immediate replacement (if available) or a refund.
